1. How much does a bespoke kitchen cost in Warsaw – realistic 2026 price ranges

A bespoke kitchen in Warsaw most often costs PLN 25,000–40,000. This is a realistic range for most clients who want a good design, sensible materials and furniture that will remain trouble-free for many years. A good kitchen can also be designed below this amount by adjusting the scope to the available budget.

These amounts do not include appliances – more on this in section 4.

How much does a kitchen cost per metre?

To jedno z najczęstszych pytań, ale w praktyce mało mówi o realnym koszcie. Kuchnia o długości 3 metrów może kosztować 20 000 zł, a może 35 000 zł – wszystko zależy od tego, co jest w środku: liczby szuflad, systemów, rodzaju fronts i blatu. Dlatego nie wyceniamy kuchni „za metr", tylko na podstawie konkretnego projektu.

The price of a bespoke kitchen is the sum of several decisions: which fronts, which worktop, which fittings and which layout. Each of these categories has a wide price range. Below, we show what affects the final price.

Approximate proportions. In a premium kitchen (veneer, sintered stone), the share of materials may rise to 50–55%.

3. Fronts, worktops and fittings – what costs more and why

Kitchen fronts – the biggest impact on appearance and budget

• Laminate – a wide choice of décors, good durability and an affordable price.
• Acrylic – available in matt and gloss finishes. It looks more premium than standard laminate and is less demanding than lacquer – scratches and fingerprints are less visible. It works well in kitchens that need to look good while handling everyday use.
• Egger PerfectSense boards – a smooth matt surface that hides fingerprints well and feels pleasant to the touch. In practice, it gives an effect similar to lacquer but is more resistant to everyday use. That is why it is one of the most frequently chosen materials.
• Veneer – the highest aesthetic level and a unique character. It is a clearly more expensive category.

Kitchen worktops

As we mentioned in our article on stone, wood and laminate worktops, the choice of material is a key part of the budget:

• Laminate – economical and available in a wide choice of décors. These are very good worktops in their category, proven in thousands of kitchens.
• Compact laminate (HPL) – a thinner profile, resistant to moisture and temperature, with the option of an undermount sink. A good choice in terms of value for money.
• Natural stone and sintered stone – this is a separate category. Stone is stone – it looks different, ages differently and responds differently to use. No other solution fully replaces it.

Fittings and systems – invisible, but noticeable every day

Hinges are fundamental. Cheap hinges can cause fronts to rub against each other, knock and damage the edges after a few years. A good hinge, such as Blum Clip Top, keeps doors aligned precisely for many years. This is not an area where it makes sense to look for cheaper substitutes.

Drawers. The quality difference between drawer systems is not as significant as with hinges. Blum is a proven standard, but GTV Axis Pro is also a solid lower-cost option. This is something worth discussing during the design stage.

Pull-out systems. This is a broad category. Tall or corner pull-out systems cost around PLN 1,300–3,500 depending on the manufacturer. Small under-worktop pull-outs cost around PLN 250–900. We select them for specific needs and spaces – not every kitchen needs them.

4. Appliances – how much should you add to the budget?

Appliances are a cost that many people forget about when planning their first budget. Good appliances usually cost PLN 7,000–15,000 or more, depending on the selected models.

We also supply appliances, so you can choose them together with the kitchen. The design is then created around specific models from the very beginning. This ensures everything fits properly and avoids later modifications. This option also has several additional advantages:

• Warranty of up to 5 years – every appliance purchased from us is covered by extended protection.
• Free connection of all appliances – hob, oven, extractor hood and dishwasher – we connect everything during kitchen installation.

5. How to design a kitchen smarter and spend less

It is not about cutting back on everything. It is about knowing where choosing a cheaper option makes sense and where that saving will affect the kitchen after just a year.

1. PerfectSense instead of lacquered MDF. If you want the look of lacquer without its drawbacks and at a lower price, this is the solution our clients choose most often.
2. Good hinges, well-planned drawers. Blum hinges are the baseline for us – this is not where we compromise. With drawers, different options can be selected depending on the budget and needs.
3. Pull-out systems only where they genuinely solve a problem. In many kitchens, standard drawers are more convenient and practical.
4. Glass-front cabinets. Two to four glass fronts in upper cabinets are a sensible accent that does not ruin the budget. Costs start to rise when there are many glass-front cabinets.
5. Compact laminate instead of sintered stone. HPL is resistant to moisture and temperature, looks good and is significantly cheaper than sintered stone. Sintered stone is a premium material in terms of both quality and aesthetics – if the budget allows, it is worth considering. If not, compact laminate is a smart choice.

6. What do we need to prepare a quotation?

1. A developer floor plan with dimensions or a hand-drawn sketch – an approximate plan with wall dimensions is enough.
2. Inspiration – photos, style, colours and finish preferences.
3. Information about appliances – whether you are looking for built-in or freestanding models.
4. Selected materials, if already chosen – what the worktop and fronts should be made of and what should go on the wall between the worktop and cabinets.
5. An approximate budget – even a rough figure. This lets us immediately suggest solutions within a realistic range.
